How You Opt In (by phone)

We collect text message consent in one way: verbally, when you call our office at (909) 300-6479. Consent is optional and is never a condition of receiving care or making a purchase.

1. After you ask for a text and confirm your mobile number, our front desk staff or our AI phone assistant says: "Before I send it: these are appointment texts from Loma Linda Spine and Nerve Center. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Terms are at lomalindaspine.com/sms-terms. Okay to send?"
2. You must answer yes. If you say no, we do not text you.
3. We read your mobile number back to confirm it, and we log your consent with your number, the date and the time in our call records.
4. Your first text is this confirmation: "Loma Linda Spine and Nerve Center (INDUSTRIAL HEALTH SYSTEMS & EDUCATION LLC): You are subscribed to appointment text messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, solely to provide that service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
