Occupational Medicine & DOT Physicals

 Please bring your driver’s license, glasses or contacts if used for driving, a medication list, and any relevant medical documentation, such as a list of medications, a CPAP record, or a diabetes medical clearance form from your primary.

Most DOT physical examinations take approximately 30–45 minutes.

Same-day and next-available appointments may be available depending on scheduling.

Blood pressure requirements are determined according to FMCSA guidelines. We will allow you to relax a bit, then take it again. If additional follow-up or shorter certification periods may be required in some cases. 

Yes. Drug testing services may be available for employers and drivers. 

Although we cannot guarantee you a spot, we have ample parking at the back of our building that could easily fit a tractor with a 45' van. There are open lots nearby where you could easily park.
